Hammer lands seventh-place finsih in Reutimann Memorial at Volusia Speedway Park
Making a late-season trip to the Sunshine State, Kyle Hammer was one of 40 DIRTcar UMP Modified entries at Volusia Speedway Park (De Leon Springs, Fla.) on Friday afternoon as he kicked off the Reutimann Memorial.
Finishing fourth in his preliminary feature during night one, Hammer earned the 15th-starting spot in the Saturday's 50-lap main event and stormed forward, Kyle wound up inside the Top-10 in seventh for the $10,000-to-win feature.
